Happy Halloween!

Daddy and Kyndal are watching "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown", since Daddy is home today due to his eye. Here are a few snaps.

I spent a little time at the park trying to get a cute picture of Kyndal in her Halloween shirt. It is nearly impossible. Here is one anyway and one of Kyndal enjoying a drink from the fountain.

And without further ado, Kyndal in her costume. Our little lady bug.

Random Cuteness

Some of these are several weeks old, but I thought they were cute.

This one is a little old, but it shows Kyndal learning her new skill...coloring.

Over the last several days, Kyndal has really taken an interest in eating with a fork. We have been trying for a while to get her to do this, I guess she is ready now. Here is an older picture though before she took that interest, she was really getting into her spaghetti this night.

We went back to the pumpkin farm to go on our hay ride. They were out of pumpkin fudge again though. It was actually my first hay ride too. Here Kyndal is doing her Elvis impersonation.

We dressed Kyndal in the overalls that her Aunt Shelley painted for her this time, she looks really good on the farm in them.

Night night

Now Kyndal has always been a good sleeper, but what happened yesterday really surprised me. She is mostly down to one nap, but on occation still takes two. Yesterday a little before 10a.m. Kyndal walked into her room and was trying to climb up into her crib, so I asked her if she wanted to go night night and she shook her head yes, so I put her in covered her up and turned on her music and she took her first nap of the day. Later that day she was rubbing her eyes and I asked if she wanted to go night night and she one again walked into her room and tryed to climb into her crib. She did it again when it was time for bed last night. She normally doesn't put up a fuss when it comes time for naps or bedtime, but I really can't believe she is starting to tell me it is time to go to sleep. She is such a big girl.

Walden Farm

After a very busy weekend we managed to make it to the Pumpkin Farm on Sunday. I had two shoots on Saturday so we couldn't squeeze it in along with Kyndal's naptime. Kyndal and I decided not to go with the MOM's group because we wanted to go with Daddy instead. The Pumpkin Farm gets busier every year. Kyndal loved it. We took her last year and we remember saying that next year she would be running all over the place this year. We went through the hay maze, petted a cow and a pig, saw a lot of other animals, heard a rooster crow. We ate some pumpkin bread and we each picked out a pumpkin. We will probably go back in a little while to go on a hay ride and get some pumpkin fudge (they were out this time).

TTU Pride

We went to homecoming at Tennessee Tech and Kyndal saw her first parade. We ended up not going to the football game because believe it or not it was too hot. We had a good time anyway. It is pretty much tradition now that we go every year. We remember one year having to wear winter coats to the parade!!

Kyndal in her Golden Eagle shirt, she thought it was a duck though. She kept calling it a duck and saying quack quack.

Here comes the parade!

Kyndal the Pilot

I am a bit behind in my blogging, so I am catching up on a few..... Kyndal and I did a tour of the Smyrna Airport with our MOM's group a couple of weeks ago. Here is a pic of Kyndal "flying" the plane. Look Ma, one hand!!
