Splash, Kick, Bubble

Today was Kyndal's first swimming class. If was so much fun and she did great. She is the youngest in her class. She learned splashing, kicking, and blowing bubbles today (well Mommy and Daddy blew bubbles) all to the song "If your happy and you know it". The goal is to get them used to water in there face and to teach them not to swallow it. Then we put Kyndal on the side of the pool and pulled her in to get her used to the feeling of jumping in the water. Then we walked her around the pool with her on her back for her to get used to having the back of her head in the water. Kyndal had a great time and so did Mommy and Daddy.

Swim, swim, swim

We purchased our YMCA membership yesterday and signed Kyndal up for her very first swim lessons. They start Saturday morning. We so excited, her first class! Both Mommy and Daddy will get to participate in this class since they are on Saturday. Kyndal already has a bathing suit that our friend Susan in Oklahoma bought for her.

Kyndal's second tooth

Well, I guess she won't be a snaggletooth afterall. Sunday her second tooth broke through. I was just feeling for it on Saturday... and nothing. Sunday morning there it was. You can actually see the first one now.

Kyndal's Day at the zoo

Here are a few pics from Kyndal's day at the zoo on March 13th. The day before she got sick and the day she cut her first tooth. It was a big day for her. She is feeling much better now by the way.

Two more weeks and Mommy is home

Today I put my two weeks notice in at work. Now Kyndal and Mommy will be home together. It will be great now that the weather is getting warmer. We have a zoo membership and are looking into reading time at the library and other activities to do together. We just can't wait.

Peas Please

Mommy fixed Kyndal some peas on Monday. We put a few in her mouth for her and then she started feeding them to herself, she is growing up so fast.
